On Friday, March 5, six Fluvanna County High School students, who are currently attending Charlottesville-Albemarle Technical Center (CATEC), placed in their respective competitions in the District SkillsUSA competitions.  First place winners will be traveling to Hampton, VA at the end of April to compete in state competitions.

At the recent Regional Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) conference, six students earned 2nd place finishes and will advance to state competition in Reston on April 16-17.  Congratulations to all of the students and the business teachers.  The business teachers are Harriett Parrish, Christine Kreitzman, and Darren McCauley.

Commonwealth Scholars- On March 23, Fluvanna Middle School 8th Graders were given a presentation from our local business community members on the importance of higher-level coursework at the High School.  Click here to view a copy of the presentation.
