Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)

Meetings:  FCA meets on Wednesdays during club time in room 215 (Coach Blaha’s room).

Sponsors: Coach Pace, Coach Blaha, and Coach Ward are the FCA sponsors for the 2007-2008 school year.  Student leaders will be determined once the club starts.

What do we do?  The Fluvanna FCA is growing each year.  This club is for anyone not just athletes as some may think.  During our meetings we read scripture, talk about scripture, and talk about how God affects our daily lives.  We have a few yearly activities that we hold such as sponsoring children overseas year round, Fields of Faith in October and our Spaghetti dinner/Auction in February.  FCA always tries to have a game day of some sort where we gather together and go to a college football game.  Each year the Fluvanna FCA expands with new activities such as the Phil Baquie’s band concert on April 11th at FCHS.
