A final exam, certification test, or SOL will be given in all courses.  In a SOL course, all students must take the SOL Test (or a written exam if they have previously passed the SOL test). Student SOL scores will count as an exam grade as long as the score is available 
​within 48 hours of taking the test.
The raw SOL score will be converted
​to an exam grade​

​SOL ​s
​ If student is not satisfied with the SOL based exam grade, they may request a teacher made exam within 48 hours of the score posting.​ The higher of the two grades will be used.
 If SOL scores do not report within 48 hours, the student’s nine week grades will be averaged for their semester grade. After 48 hours, FCHS will not go back to recalculate any semester grade based on a late reporting SOL score.
