Fluvanna County Public Schools (FCPS) is buzzing with excitement for a brand-new year—and we’re counting on you to help us start off strong! 📚✨
To update your child’s emergency contacts, medical info, and more, we’re using our quick and easy online system again this year. Be on the lookout for an email and letter from your child’s school, each containing a personalized snapcode and instructions to complete your annual forms.

🗓 Important Deadline: All annual update forms must be submitted by August 11, 2025. Student registration isn’t complete until forms are submitted—so help us start the year strong!
👩👧👦 Got more than one student at FCPS? Don’t worry, you’ll receive a separate snapcode for each child. Be sure to complete each form individually.
💻 Need tech support? School computers will be available during regular office hours and at Open House on August 6 & 7, 2025. Or contact your child’s school to schedule an appointment:

Fluvanna County School Nursing has collaborated with Jefferson Pharmacy - The pharmacy, located in Palmyra outside of Lake Monticello, is now offering the required immunizations for rising 7th and 12th graders by appointment only. Check with your School Nurses to make sure your student is compliant with state required immunizations. Parents can schedule appointments for their children on the pharmacy's website at https://www.jeffersondrug.com/.
FCHS Golf Team is hosting the Annual George Bockman Golf Tournament on Thursday, Aug 7th at Lake Monticello.
